The question of service costs is often foremost in the mind of the equipment user.  It is important to realize that no machine, no matter how well engineered or manufactured, will last more than about half of its normal useful life without periodic and timely maintenance.

Our goal at New Phoenix is to provide the finest technical support to meet the needs of our customers.

On-Site Service - (Illnois & Indiana)
NPI will offer on-site visits under a Full-Service; Labor Only Service or a Maintenance Agreement on a billable timetable.

Depot Repair
NPI can provide for equipment repair at our location, on a timely basis.  Our repair depot will receive, repair, and quickly return your currency, coin, and other desktop equipment, at lower cost then on-site repairs.  Give us a call if you have an item that you would like for us to evaluate.

Help Desk
Our help desk staff is available for technical support to maintenance agreement customers and can offer options to those not under contract.
